Ball must be stationary before the kick.
Furthest plays first — Standard stroke play order.
Ready golf allowed if it speeds up play and gives no advantage.
Interference — Do not stand directly behind or in front of a player’s line.
Ball at rest moved — If you cause your ball to move, replace it and take +1.
Wind moves ball — Play from new position, no penalty.
Ball identification — Mark before lifting; failure = +1.
Movable obstructions — e.g., bottles, small signs. Remove without penalty.
Immovable obstructions — e.g., benches, fixed signs. Free relief.
Natural obstacles — No free relief unless dangerous.
Water hazard — Play as it lies or take relief with +1.
Out of bounds — Replay from previous spot with +1.
Unplayable ball — Three relief options, all +1.
Flagstick — Usually left in; hitting it is allowed.
Marking — Must mark before lifting; +1 if not.
Hole completion — Ball must come to rest inside the cup.

Non‑intervention — Failing to correct a rule breach (player or marker only) = +1.
Bad advice — Giving incorrect rulings = +1.
Pace of play — Keep up with the group ahead.
Marker responsibilities — Record scores accurately, intervene on breaches.
Scorecard errors — Signing for a lower score = disqualification.
Local rules — Temporary rules override general rules for that round.
